Each semester students are given an opportunity for feedback on their classes, professors, textbooks, etc. This comes in the form of a "student survey". A link to the survey has been mailed to your SkipJack account. Please go the your SkipJack email and look in the list of recent emails for an email for each class that you are taking this semester containing a link to the student survey.

PLEASE (!) take the survey for this course and your other courses. Each will only take a few minutes of your time. The results of the surveys will be used to improve your courses. Your surveys will be read by deans and your professors. The surveys are anonymous so your names will not be attached to them. Feel free to add comments where comment boxes have been provided.

For this course, I'd like to get your feedback on MyITLab in the survey so please comment on that in one of the comment boxes. Any additional comments are certainly welcome.

How to get to your SkipJack email?

1. Log into MyCampus (see link in upper right of the college home page at www.chesapeake.edu).

2. On the left in the LaunchPad area, click SkipJack email.

3. Look for the email for this course. The subject name will have CIS 115-701 in it and might have the word "survey" in it.

4. Open that email and click the link within it.

5. Take the survey.

6. As your time allows, take the surveys for your other courses if any.
